i-exceed partnered with one of Southeast Asia’s leading full-spectrum digital banks to revolutionize their digital banking services. The bank aimed to deliver seamless omni-channel user journeys, improve customer outreach, and enhance financial inclusion.
Facing challenges like integrating new systems and building channels from scratch, the project was divided into three phases. Phase one focused on retail integration, introducing features like eKYC, fund transfers, and debit card management. Phase two empowered lending solutions, and phase three expanded lending through collaborations.
Leveraging i-exceed’s Appzillon and MACH architecture, the bank achieved comprehensive integration with third-party services like GCASH, enhancing customer experience. The results were transformative, with customer base growth from 16,000 to over 600,000 and significant increases in loan account openings, showcasing the power of Appzillon in digital banking.
